Bolt 'honoured' to fly Jamaica flag

World-record sprinter Usain Bolt has claimed that he is 'honoured' to be chosen to carry the Jamaica flag during the Olympic ceremony.

The 25-year-old, will lead out his nation tomorrow night during the ceremony, which will mark the start of the Games in London.

"Carrying the flag is an honour because for my country I would do anything because I love Jamaica," said Bolt.

Meanwhile, the 100m and 200m champion has insisted that he is fully fit for the Games following uncertainty over a back injury.
