Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie "hurt" by Seattle Seahawks defeat

New York Giants cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie admits that he was hurt by his side's second-half performance in their defeat to the Seattle Seahawks.

New York Giants cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie has admitted that he was disappointed with the way his side crumbled in the second half against the Seattle Seahawks.

Tom Coughlin's side took a 17-14 lead into the break, but the Seahawks scored 24 points in the second half and shut out the Giants to claim the victory, running for 350 yards and five touchdowns in the process.

"You're fighting for your season. You come into a hostile environment and you know it's going to be a physical game," Rodgers-Cromartie told reporters.

"For them to line up and run and hit us in the mouth, that hurt. That hurts. That's shocking. To go out there and not finish? You can't let that happen."

The Giants are 3-6 in their season following their defeat to the Seahawks.
