New York Giants' Odell Beckham Jr named offensive rookie of the year

New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr has been voted the NFL offensive rookie of the year.

The 22-year-old struggled to overcome a hamstring injury at the start of the season as he missed the opening four games of the campaign.

However, when he regained his fitness, Beckham was a revelation for the Giants as he recorded over 100 receiving yards in seven of his 12 matches, while also making arguably one of the best catches in the history of the league against the Dallas Cowboys.

Beckham recorded 91 receptions for 1,305 yards and 12 touchdowns during the entire campaign.
