David Caldwell: 'Marqise Lee will have a chip on his shoulder'

Jacksonville Jaguars general manager David Caldwell feels that Marqise Lee will have something to prove in the NFL after not being selected in the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft.

Jacksonville Jaguars general manager David Caldwell believes that wide receiver Marqise Lee will be dying to prove himself in the NFL after falling out of the first round in the 2014 Draft.

The Jaguars selected Lee from the USC Trojans in the second round with the 39th pick, after many pundits had tipped the 21-year-old to be taken within the first 32 selections.

Caldwell told reporters: "When he gets the ball in his hands he's electric. He's a tough kid and as he just said on TV, he's got a chip on his shoulder because he fell to 39 and we're excited to have him."

Lee recorded 57 receptions for 791 yards along with four touchdowns for USC in the 2013 season.
