Gus Bradley: 'Jacksonville Jaguars trending in right direction'

Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Gus Bradley feels that the club are moving in the right direction after signing some of the top free agents available on the market.

Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Gus Bradley has expressed his belief that his side are trending in the right direction following several years of struggle in the NFL.

The AFC South outfit have failed to record a winning season in the league since the 2007 campaign and have won just 14 out of a possible 64 matches since 2011.

However, Bradley's men were able to attract top free agents such as Julius Thomas, Jared Odrick and Davon House to the club, which has affirmed his belief that the club are moving forward under his reign.

"We felt like we could provide a great culture, do it the right way with our organisation and make good decisions," Bradley told reporters.

"The wins and losses haven't followed through but we can compete and change that part of it. I think we're seeing signs of that, of the interest level [from free agents].

"But I also saw it from the coaches, you know the pool of coaches that were available and their perception of Jacksonville now interviewing was maybe a little different than when I first got hired."

Bradley became the head coach of the Jaguars in the 2013 season.
