Eintracht Frankfurt came away from their Europa League last 32 away leg against Porto with a 2-2 draw and two away goals.

In a first half just about won by Porto, Ricardo Quaresma fired in a shot from the left side of the box to put his side ahead.

In the second half Silvestre Varela put the hosts two to the good, before a comeback from Joselu and then an Alex Sandro own goal saw the spoils shared in Portugal.

Hello all. Thanks for joining me for this very interesting looking Europa League last-32 clash. It's Porto, previously of the Champions League, against the impressively followed Frankfurt.

Not long before kickoff, so just about time to bring the lineups. One minute...

PORTO XI: Helton; Danilo, Maicon, Mangala, Alex Sandro; Fernando, Herrera, Josue, Quaresma; Varela, Martinez

FRANKFURT XI: Trapp; Jung, Zambrano, Madlung, Oczipka; Rode, Schwegler, Russ, Flum; Joselu, Meier

KICKOFF: We're underway here then. Let's hope for a promising game of football. I certainly expect it!

Decent enough start for the away side. They've seen a fair bit of the ball so far, with Rode involved in everything at the moment. No chances for either side as yet.

Jackson Martinez is already making himself known on the shoulder of the Frankfurt defence. He makes a run and Fernando tries to find him, but the gap wasn't quite there for the through ball.

Martinez is caught in two minds there from a Varela cross. If he read it quicker he might have had a chance with a header, but in the end he looks to control it at the far post with his left foot but it's too high and goes out of play. Porto just about getting on top here.

It's quite tactical at the moment with both sides enjoying spells of possession in the middle. Joselu meets a Jung header from the right but he is adjudged to have fouled Danilo going up for the ball.

Corner for Porto here as they once more start to ramp up the pressure. Trapp will not mind at all if all Porto's corners are like that - it's easy for him to gather on the edge of the six-yard box.

Quaresma does not need a second invitation to shoot. He's a confident lad, but his shot as he cut in from the left was skewed well over the bar. He's certainly had better efforts.

CHANCE! Best chance of the game so far that. Martinez takes a good first touch after being found in the box, but Trapp was equal to his shot on the turn, before the forward then brings down his man trying to win the ball back.

Powerful, driving run there from Quaresma, but Schwegler is eventually in to win the ball. Frankfurt are not being allowed any time on the ball, but Russ does well to win a free kick against Fernando, who had moved in quickly.

Half-chance there and it's Quaresma again. He cuts inside and this time gets into the box, but drags his right-footed effort into the near side netting. Trapp had that covered, but he's looked very lively so far the winger.

None of these Porto players are afraid of a shot, and it's Martinez's turn to attempt something ambitious. He shoots on the turn from outside the box, trying to clip it into the corner, but it goes wide.

The hosts do attack at pace and the movement is great to see at times. However, they do have the tendency to be over elaborate, which is proved by a wasteful backheel from Quaresma. At the other end Frankfurt break and Rode's low shot is saved by Helton. Great counter.

Flum is brought down right on the edge of the box by Danilo. This is a very dangerous spot for a free kick.

CLOSE! Very good effort from Martinez. Once more he holds up the ball really well before working some space and bending an effort just wide of the far post from the edge of the box. That would have been some goal.

BOOKING: Russ is yellow carded for a foul on Quaresma, but really there wasn't a lot in it. He'll miss the second leg now anyway. And he could be a blow for the German side. Quaresma stands over the set piece...

Not too long now left of the first half here and the MArtinez effort a few minutes ago is the closest either side has come. Porto are pushing up a little now and Frankfurt have some defending to do.

Porto now having to defend a little and Helton was troubled a bit from Flum's cross. He punched through a sea of bodies and really was fortunate that Meier did not beat him to it or it might have gone in.

GOAL! Porto 1-0 Frankfurt (Quaresma)

Is Quaresma shooting there or crossing? I would not put it past him to be a shot. He cut in once more and he whips the ball into the net off the far post. A great strike - if he meant it!

HALF-TIME: Porto 1-0 Frankfurt

So Porto go in ahead at the break, and on balance that is just about right. They were the better team for more of the half and the biggest threat - Quaresma - finall broke the deadlock just before the break.

Frankfurt have not been outplayed by any means and have certainly threatened on occasion. Their best player has probably been the marauding full-back Jung, while Flum has also been involved a lot.

Many - if not most - of Porto's chances have come from Quaresma's involvement. He had a few shots off target before finally finding the net, which looked suspiciously like a cross. He certainly claimed it, mind!

Here we go then. The away side get things back underway for the second half.

Really good start in the second half here. Frankfurt have definitely come out with the intent to attack - an away goal will change everything, remember.

CHANCE! Joselu is left unmarked from an Oczipka free kick, but he's just too far out to really test Helton. The keeper saves and holds on, but this is good from Frankfurt.

Danilo ventures forward - he hasn't too many times so far. His cross is easily cleared, however, before Herrera gives away a foul. Porto are yet to get into this half properly yet.

CLOSE! Martinez is so hard to track, and this time he got beyond his marker to meet a deep free kick. Unfortunately for him his header goes just past the post and he might think he could have done better there.

Porto are beginning to ramp up the pressure now. There's a really good one-two between Martinez and Varela before the former turns the low cross back to him wide of the near post. That wasn't a bad chance at all.

Josue tries to catch out Trapp with a free kick over the wall and towards his near post, but there wasn't enough on it and the German keeper gathers.

Danilo is starting to get forward a lot more and is looking more of a threat. Quaresma has come across to the right in this half and has been much less of a danger up against Oczipka. He'll probably switch back before too long.

Frankfurt are defending rigidly and are meeting a lot of crosses, but they cannot get out of their half at the moment. Varela's ball towards Martinez is asking too much of the big forward and it goes out for a goal kick.

GOAL! Porto 2-0 Frankfurt (Varela)

Carlos Eduardo is coming on for Josue. That's about right as the forward hadn't done a lot. Immediately from it, Martinez heads on a free kick, before Maicon squares it back across goal for Varela to tap in. Easy goal but woeful defending.

FRANKFURT SUB: Tranquillo Barnetta is on for Rode. An attacking change that - can the Swiss create anything?

GOAL! Porto 2-1 Frankfurt (Joselu)

Well, well. All of a sudden Frankfurt are right back in this and they have an away goal! Mangala doesn't defend the ball very well, but take nothing away from the ferocious low strike into the bottom corner from Joselu. He's been very quiet, but snapped up that quarter-chance really well.

Porto are back in control of the ball, but they're a bit more edgy in possession having conceded that goal. Another one for Frankfurt would really put the cat among the pigeons.

GOAL! Porto 2-2 Frankfurt (Marco Russ)

Incredible! Frankfurt have turned it around and that one might end up going down as an own goal. Russ's header is saved by Helton before Alex Sandro puts it in his own net before he can hook it away. I think that's Alex Sandro's own goal but it could even go to Helton yet!

Porto are suddenly looking very nervous. Frankfurt have somehow got themselves back in this and who could have seen that coming? There's definitely the potential of a winner here and at the moment it's coming for the away team!

PORTO SUB: Another change for the home side now as Ghilas on for Fernando. He's on in a hurry - suddenly Porto need a goal.

Dangerous free kick here right on the edge of the box for Porto as Danilo's cross is blocked by the arm of Russ. That was right on the edge and he's just got away with giving away a penalty...

Will there be a winner here? Porto are seeing more of the ball in the last few minutes, but there hasn't been a real chance in the last 10. Late change for the away side as Martin Lanig comes on for Flum.

CHANCE! What a chance that is for Ghilas! The ball is whipped in by Danilo and it skims past the head of Martinez before surprising Ghilas at the far post. One of the two should have scored!

We're well into the second minute of two added on and the visitors are happy with this result - Joselu jogs off the pitch for Stefan Aigner.

FULL-TIME: Porto 2-2 Frankfurt

What a game this has been! Huge cheers from the away section at the whistle and why not? They've seen their side come back from 2-0 down at Porto to take a very good draw indeed! Thanks for joining me for this one and please do stick around for reaction and much more live action this week. Goodbye.
