Iran's Omid Noroozi wins gold in 60kg wrestling

Iran's Omid Noroozi has won gold in the men's 60kg Greco-Roman wrestling.

Noroozi beat Revaz Lashkhi or Georgia 3-0 in the gold medal final, taking a technical point in each period and winning three classification points overall.

Ryutaro Matsumoto of Japan beat Kazakhstan's Almat Kebispayev in the bronze bout, taking it 5-0 on classification points after comfortably winning two of the three periods.

Iran now have two of the three gold medals so far in the Greco-Roman event.
