Russia take men's synchronised trampoline gold

Dmitry Ushakov makes it a double in the European Games trampoline events as he takes gold with Mikhail Melnik in the men's synchronised event.

The Russian pair of Dmitry Ushakov and Mikhail Melnik have taken gold in the men's synchronised trampoline final at the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku.

Twenty-six-year-old Ushakov, who had earlier taken gold in the individual event, and Melnik, 23, scored 51.100 to narrowly beat Belarus and claim victory.

Belarus instead had to settle for second with a score of 50.800, with Germany taking bronze with their score of 48.800.

Earlier in the day, the Team GB duo of Katherine Driscoll and Laura Gallagher had failed to take a medal in the women's synchronised trampoline final, finishing in fifth place.
