Claire Cashmore qualifies fastest in SB8 breaststroke heats

Britain's Claire Cashmore won her heat comfortably in the women's SB8 100m breaststroke this morning.

Cashmore swam 1:22:90 to finish ahead of Paulina Wozniak and Katarina Roxon.

In the second heat, reigning champion Olesya Vladykina won in a time of 1:23:12.

The 24-year-old missed out on a medal in the 100m butterfly on Thursday.

The final is at 6.29pm this evening.
