Team GB's Abbie Wood wins women's 400m medley gold

Great Britain's Abbie Wood has won the women's 400m medley gold medal at the European Games in Baku, with a time of 4:41.97.

She beat Italy's Ilaria Cusinato (4:44.01) by over two seconds, with Anja Crevar (4:45.84) taking bronze for Serbia.

Team GB's Georgia Coates missed out on the bronze medal by less than a second (4:46.52).

Wood was in second with 200m remaining but caught Cusinato 50m from the finish.
