Layla Black qualifies for 50m breastroke final, Emma Cain misses out

Layla Black has qualifed for the 50m breaststroke final after finishing third in her semi-final.

She recorded a time of 32.30s, but teammate Emma Cain's 32.64s in the other semi-final was not enough to see her progress.

Ireland's Mona McSharry also missed out on the final with a time of 33.00s.

Russian Federation's Maria Astashkina qualified fastest in 31.47s.
