England claim silver in 4x100m relay

Team England have claimed their 30th silver medal of the Commonwealth Games after finishing second in the women's 4x100m swimming medley tonight.

The quartet finished behind Australia, who set a Games record 3:56.23 en route to their 34th gold in Glasgow thus far.

Team Canada finished third, some four seconds off the pace as the North American women came in at a time of 4:00.57.
