Ronnie O'Sullivan claims Welsh Open title

Ronnie O'Sullivan has made a maximum 147 break in the final frame of his 9-3 win against Ding Junhui in the Welsh Open final.

The World Champion dominated the early stages, racing into a 3-0 lead before Ding finally notched his first frame of the match.

However, O'Sullivan continued his good form and moved 7-1 ahead at the end of the first session.

Ding then showed his battling qualities with breaks of 109 and 121, but O'Sullivan fought back and got over the finishing line with the 12th maximum of his career to clinch his third Welsh Open title.
