Mark Allen has reached the UK Championship final after a 9-7 win over Ricky Walden at the Barbican in York.
After a spirited fightback by Walden in the afternoon session, Allen held his nerve to claim the win.
The Northern Irishman will now face Judd Trump in Sunday's final.
Trump booked his place in the final with Friday's 9-7 win over Neil Robertson.
