Team GB's Ed Ling through to trap final

Team GB's Ed Ling has secured a spot in the final of the men's trap competition at the European Games, finishing fourth in this morning's qualifying.

The 32-year-old posted a score of 122, just one point behind Russia Alexey Alipov and Erik Varga of Slovakia, who finished joint top.

However, teammate Bradley Davis misses out, shooting a score of 115 to finish 27th in the 32-man field.

The final will take place later this morning.
