Lyon sign Clermont duo Napolioni Nalaga, Julien Bonnaire

Lyon signal their intent to bounce straight back into the TOP14 by announcing the signings of Napolini Nalaga, Julien Bonnaire and nine other players.

Recently-relegated Lyon have issued a warning to the rest of the PROD2 by signing Clermont Auvergne duo Napolioni Nalaga and Julien Bonnaire.

Lyon were relegated from the TOP14 last week, but now look intent on bouncing straight back up.

Nalaga was due to join European champions Toulon, but it is reported that Mourad Boudjellal pulled out of the transfer. The winger has been capped 13 times by Fiji, while Bonnaire has 75 France caps.

In a recent announcement that confirmed 11 new arrivals at the club, Nalaga and Bonnaire will be joined by David Attoub, Albertus Buckle, Karim Kouider, Zaza Navrozashvili, Jean-Baptiste Singer, Taiasina Tuifua, Agustin Figuerola, Nicholas Durand and Jeremy Gondrand.
