Oxford University have recorded a second consecutive win against rivals Cambridge University in the 130th Varsity Match at Twickenham.
Cambridge attempted to put their stamp on the clash after taking the lead through a Steve Townend kick. However, the 2010 winners responded shortly after with a converted try courtesy of Will Kane followed by a penalty via Cassian Bramhan-Law.
While the Light Blues refused to give up and managed to draw level, Bramhan-Law gave Oxford the edge with a penalty.
It wasn't long before Karl Outen racked up the Dark Blues' score to 18-10, which subsequently led to another Bramhan-Law penalty and converted try from Tom Mitchell.
Oxford have closed the gap on their old rivals with 55 wins compared to Cambridge's 61 victories in the Varsity meetings.
