Oxford triumph over Cambridge

Oxford have secured a third straight victory over Cambridge in the 131st Varsity rugby match at Twickenham.

They found themselves trailing 19-6 at one point, but managed to recover thanks to tries from Sam Egerton, James Harris and Charlie Marr.

Two penalty kicks from the boot of Cassian Bramham-Law also helped Oxford on their way to a 26-19 victory.

Captain John Carter, who was forced off with a knee injury in the first half, now becomes the first man to lead his team to successive victories since Henry Vassell in 1881 and 1882.
