Northampton coach Jim Mallinder claims that his side can still improve, despite continuing their 100% start to the season with a win at Bath.

Northampton Saints director of rugby Jim Mallinder has claimed that his side are still to improve following their 18-14 win over Bath at the Rec.

Stephen Myler kicked over 15 of the visitors' points as they kept up their perfect start to the season while ending Bath's.

"In terms of performance we're still not playing as we want," said Mallinder.

"We've got a run of two home games coming up though and after a short turnaround - Sunday to Friday - to get the win is pleasing."

Up next for Northampton is the visit of Worcester Warriors at Franklin's Gardens on September 22.
