Northampton Saints 27-12 Scarlets

Stephen Myler produced good form with the boot to secure Northampton Saints a place in the LV Cup final.

Tries from Alex Waller and Scott Armstrong helped Northampton Saints advance to the final of the LV Cup at the expense of Scarlets this afternoon.

Waller scored the first points of the match when he went over for a try in the 15th minute, with conversion from Stephen Myler.

Fly-half Myler went on to add two penalties before the break, while Stephen Jones scored two penalties for the away team.

Jones closed the gap in the 43rd minute with another penalty, but a try from Armstrong opened up a bigger lead for Northampton.

Despite failing to make the conversion, Myler sent over three more penalties to make sure of the victory.

Jones struck again for Scarlets, but it proved to be little more than a consolation.
