London Welsh face Stade Francais in European opener

London Welsh will face a tough introduction to European rugby with an opening fixture at home to French giants Stade Francais.

Welsh will welcome the 2011 beaten finalists to the Kassam Stadium on October 13.

The match will represent the first European rugby at the Exiles' new Oxford home.

Elsewhere in the European Challenge Cup, openers Gloucester face Mont-de-Marsan, London Irish travel to Bordeaux, Wasps host Newport Gwent Dragons and Worcester travel to Spaniards Bizkaia Gernika.
