Lyn Jones: Gavin Henson "hung out to dry"

Former Ospreys coach Lyn Jones has criticised Cardiff Blues for sacking Gavin Henson earlier today.

The Blues dismissed the Wales international for his actions on team flight back from Glasgow on Saturday morning.

However, Jones has described Cardiff's decision as "inexcusable".

"They have decided to make an example of him," said Jones. "The way he has been hung out to dry by the Cardiff Blues board is inexcusable."

Jones coached Henson for five season at Ospreys.
