Flanker James Eddie signs a new two-year deal to remain with Glasgow Warriors.

Flanker James Eddie has committed his future to Glasgow Warriors by signing a new two-year deal with club.

The 26-year-old's appearances for the Warriors have been limited this season due to his participation in the HSBC Sevens World Series.

However, his Sevens contract is about to expire, allowing him to turn out on a more regular basis for Glasgow.

"I'm thrilled to have been given the opportunity to play a full role in the Warriors squad over the coming two campaigns," Eddie told the club's official site.

"I love being part of the club and I'm massively excited about where it's heading. The squad is growing in strength in depth all the time, the atmosphere around the place is first class, and I'm convinced we're on the right road."

Eddie has had 67 outings for the Warriors.
