Chris Brooker signs Worcester Warriors deal

Harlequins have confirmed that hooker Chris Brooker will join Worcester Warriors for next season.

The 26-year-old had his progress halted during the last campaign when he picked up a serious knee injury in March.

"We are very pleased to be able to sign a player of the experience and calibre of Chris," Worcester director of rugby Dean Ryan told the club's official website.

"Chris comes to Warriors eager to relaunch his career, now he is fully recovered after being sidelined with a knee injury, and his appetite and desire will be evident to all."

Brooker joined Quins in 2007 following a brief spell at Bath.
