Cardiff want "experienced" replacement

Cardiff Blues director of rugby Phil Davies has insisted that the club are looking for an "experienced" candidate to replace attack coach Gareth Baber.

The club have begun searching for a new recruit following Baber's announcement that he is to leave the Pro12 outfit at the end of the year.

"We are looking for somebody who is experienced. I don't want an up-and-coming coach," Davies told BBC Sport.

The Blues are currently eighth in the table.
