Jack Isaac, Serge Mihas sacked by Biarritz

Top 14 outfit Biarritz Olympique have relieved coaches Jack Isaac and Serge Mihas from their duties at the French club.

Biarritz suffered a 22-14 loss to Connacht in the Heineken Cup at the weekend and currently sit in mid-table in their domestic league.

Club president Serge Blanco, who has been critical of their performances in recent weeks, reportedly met with the staff just 24 hours after the defeat, where the decision was made.

Laurent Rodriguez and director of the Biarritz training centre Mathieu Rourre will take charge of the return match at the Parc des Spoers Aguilera on Friday.
