Juan Martin Fernandez Lobbe: 'Still more to come from Argentina'

Argentina will continue to improve on the back of their 54-9 triumph over Georgia, Juan Martin Fernandez Lobbe tells Sports Mole.

Juan Martin Fernandez Lobbe has insisted that there is still "room for improvement" following Argentina's storming victory over Georgia.

Los Pumas put defeat to New Zealand behind them by recording a 54-9 win at the Kingsholm Stadium on Friday evening.

A tame first half made way for a far more rounded attacking performance from Argentina following the half-time interval, as they went on to find the whitewash seven times in all.

Speaking to Sports Mole after the match, Hernandez declared that his side will continue to work hard on the training ground, while also reserving some praise for the strong South American following inside the Kingsholm Stadium.

"Of course we can improve. There is always room for improvement in rugby - we must become even more clinical and keep on working," he said. "I also felt that the supporters here were amazing again. The effort they make to be here is great."

Argentina, who have made it into the knockout stages in three of their last four World Cups appearances, take on Tonga in nine days' time.
