German Araoz joins Glasgow Warriors

Scottish side Glasgow Warriors have completed the signing of German Araoz on a three-month contract.

The Argentine prop has been recruited because of injuries to Ed Kalman, Moray Low, Jon Welsh and Pat MacArthur.

"We're very happy to be bringing on board another international prop at what is an intense juncture in the season," head coach Gregor Townsend told the club's official website.

"German is a strong scrummager and tackler who will give us an additional option in an area of the team where we have sustained a significant number of injuries."

The 27-year-old has made two appearances for Argentina.
