Zambian U17 footballer Changwe Kalale 'left paralysed from car accident'

Zambian Under-17 international footballer Changwe Kalale has reportedly been left paralysed after being involved in a road accident this week.

Kalale, who represents Zesco United, is said to have been in a minibus with fellow internationals defender Nyambe Mulenga and goalkeeper Satchmo Chakawa, both of whom also sustained injuries.

According to StarAfrica.com, Kalale is paralysed from the waist down after suffering a spinal injury in the crash.

The accident occurred during a journey to Zambia's 2015 Africa Cup of Nations training camp.
