West Indies cricket legend Brian Lara dating former Miss Scotland

West Indies cricket legend Brian Lara is in a relationship with former Miss Scotland Jamey Bowers, who is 20 years the sportsman's junior.

Jamey has revealed that the couple began dating after they were introduced to one another by former Manchester United player Dwight Yorke.

"He's charming, romantic and fun," Jamey told the Edinburgh Evening News. "We'll see what happens. It's early days. I didn't want anyone to know, but Brian's been declaring his love all over the place."

Lara, 44, is the only Test batsman to reach 400.
