Gareth McAuley destroys laptop belonging to West Bromwich Albion press

West Bromwich Albion defender Gareth McAuley accidentally smashes a laptop belonging to the club's reporters during Saturday's win over Norwich City.

West Bromwich Albion defender Gareth McAuley celebrated his side's victory over Norwich City on Saturday, but could have been in trouble with the club's press team after accidentally breaking a laptop.

During the Baggies' 1-0 win at Carrow Road, a clearance from McAuley resulted in the ball flying into the press box and smashing a laptop.

West Brom tweeted the incident on their official page, joking that the 34-year-old deserved a fine for the damage caused.

Following the result, the Baggies moved to five points clear of the relegation zone in the Premier League table.
