Adrian Chiles 'apologises to Peter Odemwingie for calling him a "tw**"'

ITV Sport presenter Adrian Chiles has reportedly reached out to West Bromwich Albion striker Peter Odemwingie to apologise for calling him a "tw**".

The former Daybreak host referred to the Nigerian forward as "tw** of the year" during an end-of-season Baggies awards bash.

Chiles telephoned Odemwingie to apologise, but the striker is believed to be unhappy with how long it took the presenter to get in contact, according to the Daily Mail.

West Brom head coach Steve Clarke branded Chiles's comments as "ridiculous".
