Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has accepted Darren Fletcher's nomination to have an ice bucket poured over him for charity.

The Portugal captain was picked by his former Manchester United teammate as part of a challenge that numerous celebrities have taken part in.

The Ballon d'Or winner stripped to his underwear as two of his teammates poured a huge bucket of cold water onto him.

Ronaldo then nominated global popstars Beyonce and Jennifer Lopez to accept the challenge, as well as rapper Lil Wayne.
