Former cyclist Lance Armstrong has taken part in an instructional video showing riders how to fix a flat tyre.
The American, who was handed a lifetime ban and stripped of his seven Tour de France titles for doping in 2012, stars in the short video for 'Outside Magazine'.
The 42-year-old shows how to check for a puncture and insert an inner tube during the two-minute clip.
