Red Star Belgrade players targeted by angry fans

Fans reportedly turn on Red Star Belgrade players after the club revealed that they cannot afford to provide the team with shampoo in the dressing rooms.

A number of Red Star Belgrade fans have reportedly turned on their players following an announcement from the club regarding their financial state.

The club revealed on Monday that due to the lack of money within the club, they are struggling to function and cannot even provide the players with shampoo in the dressing room.

According to 101greatgoals.com, fans vandalised cars belonging to nine Red Star players by breaking windscreens and filling the vehicles up with shampoo.

Reports have claimed that police have since investigated the damage at the club's training ground.
