Sebastian Vettel reveals childhood dream of becoming the new Michael Jackson

Vettel: 'I wanted to be Michael Jackson'

Red Bull driver and Formula 1 champion Sebastian Vettel has revealed that he wanted to be like pop sensation Michael Jackson when he was a child.

The 25-year-old, who became the youngest driver to win three consecutive championship titles last weekend in Brazil, has claimed that it was "painful" when he realised that he couldn't sing.

"I wanted to become Michael Jackson when I was young," The Sun quotes Vettel as saying. "It was painful to realise that I didn't have the voice."

The German clinched the title by three points ahead of Ferrari's Fernando Alonso.
