Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has featured in a Japanese advert promoting a 'Sixpad' fitness device.

The Ballon d'Or winner, who endorsed Japanese facial workout gear last year, stripped down for his latest commercial.

In the ad, wearing just underwear, the 30-year-old demonstrates how the 'Sixpad' aims to define muscle without doing exercise.

Ronaldo sold his image rights to Singaporean businessman Peter Lim last month.
