Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has encouraged his fans to get in shape following his five-goal haul at the weekend.
The Portugal captain has struggled to maintain form since the New Year, but he bounced back from a rough spell by scoring five in Madrid's 9-1 rout over Granada on Sunday.
Instead of relaxing on Easter Monday, it Ronaldo opted to go for a bike ride and decided to encourage his supporters to do the same.
On both his Twitter and Instagram accounts, the Ballon d'Or winner wrote: "Exercise all you can! It's good for your body and your mind!"
Madrid are currently four points behind leaders Barcelona in La Liga.
