Lindsey Vonn still in touch with Tiger Woods

American skier Lindsey Vonn has revealed that she has "texted a little bit" with Tiger Woods since their break-up earlier this year.

The 30-year-old ended her two-year relationship with the golfer in May amid speculation that the former world number one had cheated on her.

The former Olympic downhill champion told Entertainment Tonight: "We have texted a little bit but I haven't been in touch with him too much. He seems like he is doing well.

"I hope he does well [at The Open] and I will be watching. [His] last tournament was a little better so hopefully things go well for him this week."

Woods carded his worst-ever score at St Andrews on the opening day of The Open.
