Minaj 'headlining Mayweather, Pacquiao concert'

American rapper Nicki Minaj is reportedly headlining a concert following the Las Vegas bout between Floyd Mayweather Jr and Manny Pacquiao next month.

The fight, which will be held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on May 2, is expected to be the richest in boxing history, and now the music industry appear to be cashing in.

According to TMZ, a VIP package costing around $10,000 (£6,700) will include 10 tickets for the show, a VIP table, four bottles of Dom Perignon Rose Champagne, four bottles of Belvedere Vodka, two bottles of Hennessy, 24 waters and 24 cans of Red Bull.

As well as Minaj, Funkmaster Flex, Sevyn Streeter and Jeremih are reportedly expected to perform at Chateau nightclub at the Paris hotel in Vegas straight after the fight.

It is believed that the concert will also be shown live as part of the pay-per-view fight package in the United States.
