Lewis Hamilton 'tries to win back Nicole Scherzinger by renting beach house'

Mercedes Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton reportedly tried to reconcile his relationship with American singer Nicole Scherzinger by renting out a beach house in California.

The 28-year-old has publicly spoken about his heartache since the couple split after a five-year romance due to hectic work schedules.

It is understood that Hamilton flew to Santa Monica and created a romantic setting for the pair by removing all of the furniture from a rented beach house, leaving just a table for two, with flowers and candles covering the floor, according to the Daily Mail.

Reports have claimed that while the couple have been spending time together, they have not rekindled their relationship just yet.
