Gascoigne visits tattooist five days in a row

A tattoo parlour in Bournemouth has revealed that England football legend Paul Gascoigne has become a regular visitor.

The 46-year-old, who lives in Boscombe, has been plagued by alcohol issues, which resulted in a stint in an American rehab facility earlier this summer.

Following on from a court case, which ended in a £1,000 for a drunken assault, Gascoigne has befriended staff at Bournemouth Ink.

"He's been in for five days in a row and become a part of the Bournemouth Ink family," manager Jamie Austin told the Daily Echo. "For me he's now a personal friend and he often brings in presents and signed stuff."

Gascoigne has recently had a rose, a robin and a locket, as well as his ex-wife Sheryl's name, tattooed on his arms and back.
