Former NFL linebacker Frank Chamberlin has passed away at the age of 35 from a rare form of brain cancer.

Chamberlin, who represented three teams during his career, is said to have been diagnosed with anaplastic astrocytoma last year following a seizure.

He had the tumour partially removed following an operation in 2012, but passed away on Sunday, according to TMZ.
