Former NFL linebacker Frank Chamberlin has passed away at the age of 35 from a rare form of brain cancer.
Chamberlin, who represented three teams during his career, is said to have been diagnosed with anaplastic astrocytoma last year following a seizure.
He had the tumour partially removed following an operation in 2012, but passed away on Sunday, according to TMZ.
Chamberlin played for the Titans, Cincinnati Bengals and the Houston Texans during his five-year career.
