Jessica Ennis-Hill: 'I was nervous during my wedding'

British athlete Jessica Ennis-Hill has admitted that she was nervous during her wedding to long-time love Andy.

The 27-year-old exchanged vows with her partner earlier this year, but the athlete, who won gold at the London 2012 Olympic Games, has admitted that she was nervous about what her now-husband would think of her Monique Lhuillier wedding gown.

"I just wanted everyone to have a good time and was nervous about Andy seeing my dress," the Daily Mail quotes Ennis-Hill as saying.

"Usually I show Andy everything I buy, but he hadn't seen it and it was unlike anything I would normally have chosen."

Ennis-Hill was awarded a CBE for her triumph at London 2012.
