Djokovic stars in football charity game

Former world number one tennis star Novak Djokovic showed off his football skills by competing in a charity match in Monaco.

The Serbian sportsman joined ex-footballers Freddie Ljungberg and David Ginola in a 'Star XI', while Ferrari driver Fernando Alonso captained a Formula 1 team.

Djokovic, who is expecting his first child with fiancee Jelena Ristic, scored the first goal in a 3-2 win for his team.

The Star Team for Children annual fixture was set up by Prince Albert II 20 years ago.
