Campbell describes Labour as 'communists'

Former Arsenal and England defender Sol Campbell has described the Labour Party as a "modern-day Communism party".

The 40-year-old has been outspoken on his opposition to the mansion tax and has vocally supported the Conservative Party in the run-up to the general election.

During Thursday evening's Question Time Leaders Special on the BBC, Campbell posted a number of tweets criticising Labour leader Ed Miliband before voicing his opinion on his party.

Campbell has also played for Tottenham Hotspur, Portsmouth and Newcastle United.
