David Beckham, Victoria 'dine with singer Adele in London'

Former England captain David Beckham and his wife Victoria appear to have struck up a friendship with singer Adele.

The English popstar, who won a record six Grammy awards in 2012, is known to keep a low profile, but she was spotted dining with the retired footballer and his partner earlier this week.

According to the Daily Mail, the Beckhams were joined by Adele, celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay and his wife Tana at the Beaumont Hotel in London.

All five were seen leaving the hotel in the evening, with Adele shielding her face from photographers when walking from the front entrance.
