Beckham visits Cambodia with UNICEF

David Beckham recently met vulnerable children in Cambodia as part of his UNICEF ambassadorial duties.

The 40-year-old, who retired from football in 2013, has carried out charitable work for the organisation since 2005.

This week, Beckham took time out to spread UNICEF's message, and after doing so, he did a bit of sight-seeing in the South-East Asian country.

On Instagram, the former Manchester United star uploaded a photo of himself standing in front of the Ta Prohm temple in Angkor in the Siem Reap Province.

He added the message: "Had an incredible time in Cambodia met some amazing people , the children were truly inspirational .. If you ever get the chance to visit Cambodia then Ta Prohm should be on your list..."

Meanwhile, reports have claimed that Beckham has landed a small film role in Guy Ritchie's new film Knights of the Roundtable: King Arthur.
