David Beckham 'devastated' by death of grandmother Peggy West

Retired footballer David Beckham has reportedly been left feeling 'devastated' by the death of his grandmother Peggy West.

The 38-year-old was pictured watching England secure a 31-12 win over Argentina at Twickenham on Saturday with his three sons, just one day after he was told of his grandmother's death.

According to The People, the mother of Beckham's mum passed away in the early hours of Friday morning after suffering a stroke.

The former Manchester United star retired from football at the end of last season following a five-month stint at Paris Saint-Germain.
