Andy Murray, Kim Sears to marry at Dunblane Cathedral

Andy Murray to marry at Dunblane Cathedral

Andy Murray will marry fiancee Kim Sears at Dunblane Cathedral.

The couple, who have been together for nine years, were expected to marry in the chapel at Cromlix House, but it was confirmed that they will wed at the larger 300-seat venue in the centre of his hometown.

"I'm sure it will be a popular decision as he's had so much support from the people of Dunblane in the past," Murray's uncle Niall Erskine told The Scotsman.

"Andy is looking forward to bringing all his family and friends to Dunblane.

"I'm sure lots of people will come down to see the cars as they go past, and it will be a very popular day."

The couple got engaged last November and will marry on April 11.
